**Job Description: Junior Recruiter**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

As a **Junior Recruiter**, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment initiatives and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Sourcing and Screening**:

- Screen resumes to assess technical skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
- **Conducting Interviews**:

- **Coordinating Recruitment Processes**:

- Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare job descriptions and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Maintain records of interviews, feedback, and hiring statuses.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome; experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
