To have full-fledged knowledge about Australian Permanent Residency and Tourist Visa for UK, US, Schengen Countries, Japan etc. documents requirement.
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
- Provide a personal and customized checklist of documents to client’s needs.
- Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
- Should have sales experience in Visa and Immigration industry.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, quick learner with good inter-personal skills with an ability to work in a team.
- Working on CRM software (ZOHO), and maintaining a regular database of the client.
- Keep themselves updated with recent modification and events and inform the client regularly about the same.
- Regularly maintaining the list of received documents shared by the clients and keeping it updated for future records.
- Resolving queries of applicants (clients) in regards to Proof of Funds, required at the time of Final Visa Application.
