**What You'll Be Doing - “Compassion - Communication - Competitive”**
- **Social media and content creation**:Take charge in creating and promoting content on social media and other applicable platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into content creation.
- **Event promotion**:Generating innovative ideas to promote company events and increase attendance.
- **AdWords and search engine optimization**:Using AdWords to help the company reach target markets through search engine platforms and partner sites and improving search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to drive more traffic to the company's website.
- **Creative marketing strategies**:Thinking creatively to develop marketing strategies that go beyond traditional ad campaigns and deliver tangible value to the business.
- **Brand consistency**:Ensuring brand consistency through all marketing channels and collaborating with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and visual branding.
- **Research and Analysis**:Contribute to research efforts to understand target customers. Bring in creative ideas to attract and engage existing and new customers.
- **Administrative Support**:Assist the Marketing team in daily administrative tasks. Support marketing and advertising promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Pursuing a Bachelor's or maters degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- **Analytical skills**:Able to analyse data and metrics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Communication skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as they will be responsible for creating content, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and presenting findings to the team.
- **Creativity**:Able to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing ideas that differentiate the company from its competitors.
- **Attention to detail**:Should have strong attention to detail and ensure that all marketing materials are accurate and error-free.
- **Willingness to learn**:Should be open to learning new skills and techniques, as marketing is a constantly evolving field.
- **Enthusiasm and passion**:Should be enthusiastic and passionate about marketing and should have a desire to learn and grow within the field.
