We are seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist with at least 2 years of proven expertise in managing successful digital advertising campaigns. As a specialist in online advertising, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and maximizing ROI for our clients

**Responsibilities**
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute effective advertising strategies for clients across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, aligning with their marketing goals and budgets.
- Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant keywords, interests, and demographics that will optimize campaign performance.
- Ad Creation and Optimization: Craft compelling ad copies, headlines, and visuals that resonate with the target audience. Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum conversions and cost-efficiency.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate budgets across campaigns and platforms to achieve the best possible results while staying within the set budget limits.
- A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B tests to identify the most effective ad variations, landing pages, and targeting methods for continuous improvement.
- Conversion Tracking and Analysis: Implement tracking pixels to monitor conversions accurately. Analyze campaign data, draw insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
- Remarketing Campaigns: Develop and execute remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers and increase conversion rates.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, features, and best practices in online advertising to keep our clients ahead of the competition.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients, providing progress reports, insights, and recommendations to maintain a strong client-agency relationship.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
