**Roles and Responsibilities**
Creating strong relations with key account customers, regular customers and visiting them
periodically.
2. Making Annual business plan and accordingly Hiring and Developing in-house team to meet the
desired target.
3. Providing sales planning to the production team on a weekly basis. He would be in regular touch with
the production team.
4. Attending Quality complaints whenever required with the QC team.
5. Regular insights on market share and product positioning.
6. Coordination with the Dispatch team on a regular basis for smooth dispatches.
7. Tracking lead conversion at every step of the sales funnel.
8. Regular travelling is required to KAM and other customers.
and elevating the matter in case of delay in payments.
