**Position Title**: Accounts Executive

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Profile Overview**:
We are a well-established manufacturing company with a turnover of ₹50 crores, seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage financial processes and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Tax, and E-Way Bill regulations. This role will involve a variety of accounting tasks including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, managing taxes, and using accounting software to maintain financial accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Purchase and Expense Management**: Record various types of purchases, including raw materials, services, capital expenditures, and other expenses.
- **Sales Invoicing**: Process and enter sales invoices into the accounting system.
- **E-Way Bill Management**: Prepare and manage manual E-Way Bills for goods transportation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- **Banking Transactions**: Maintain daily entries for banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, and transfers).
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records.
- **Receipts and Cash Flow**: Prepare daily receipts reports and track cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- **Customer Ledgers**: Maintain accurate customer ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
- **Cash Transactions**: Handle all cash transactions, ensuring proper recording and safe management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with TDS and GST regulations, including making correct deductions, payments, and filing returns on time.
- **MS Excel Proficiency**: Use MS Excel for reports, data management, and maintaining accurate records.
- **Tally Expertise**: Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory for this role.
- **Tax and Regulatory Knowledge**: Knowledge of GST, TDS, Tax, and E-Way Bill regulations.
- **Education**: A background in B.Com or M.Com is required.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
