Market Operations is UniOps in-market organisation which will manage day-to-day operations, enable the deployment of Experience solutions, and ensure market centricity from design to deployment.

We are looking at an Asst Manager HRBP with strong experience in prior HR roles in partnering and HR operations to work along with a team of Global HRBPs in ComEx. This role will report into the Sr Global HRBP ComEx and Site HR Lead for Bangalore.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Commercial Experience teams in supporting the execution of HR operations for the vertical globally.
- Work to ensure brilliant basics in data and people reporting, work with various global SPOCs to ensure timely people actions
- Support in various projects and business transformation cases
- Ongoing workforce plan management in close collaboration with Global Finance BP.
- Enable tracking of TA plans and support in proactive talent scouting on need basis
- Ongoing HR KPIs delivery tracking and management and timely reporting
- Participation in core people initiatives under ComEx and wider UniOps people agenda.
- Extend support to Sr GHRBP on other people initiatives under Commercial Experience and Bangalore site agenda on need basis

**Skills and Experience Needed**
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills is critical for success in this role.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders and prior experience of stakeholder management is a must
- HR Partnering
- you have a strong background in HR and can think at a high level, whilst still comfortable working with detail and happy to deliver operational work to get the job done
- Influencing - ability to work with the senior stakeholders, drive engagement and to get work done cross-functionally and culturally.
- Experience in change management initiatives and landing initiatives successfully will be an added advantage.
- Strong Project Management skills
