We want to expand our strength in designing and building custom machines like leak testing systems, washing & cleaning machines, trimming presses, and die casting related automation, integrated with smart sensors, data logging, and Industry 4.0 features.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SPM & Automation Designers and Engineers with strong knowledge in hydraulic power pack design, electronics, SPM building, machine automation, and industrial data acquisition. The role will involve designing special purpose machines and integrating them with automation systems for precision checking, process monitoring, and customer-specific production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design SPMs such as leak testing machines, washing machines, cleaning machines, trimming presses, and die-casting related automation.
- Develop hydraulic circuits, pneumatic circuits, and select cylinders, valves, pumps, motors, and sensors.
- Design hydraulic powerpacks (pump sizing, reservoir design, filtration, cooling).
- Integrate machines with automation — PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and actuators.
- Capture and process machine data from VMCs and CNCs for real-time monitoring.
- Design and implement seat check fixtures and precision testing systems.
- Create detailed 3D models & 2D manufacturing drawings in Creo or SolidWorks.
- Collaborate with electrical/automation engineers for system integration.
- Support manufacturing, assembly, trials, and customer acceptance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering.
- 3-7 years of experience in SPM design and automation integration.
- Proficiency in Creo or SolidWorks.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
- Experience with PLC/HMI integration and industrial sensors.
- Understanding of data acquisition from CNC/VMC machines.
- Familiarity with ISO/IATF and industrial safety standards.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
