Safety Steward

Qualification **:ITI/Equivalent + 6 Months Safety Management Course (From Reputed Institute)**

**Minimum 2 Years in HSE Field**.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Safety Steward to assist in implementing safety practices at our construction sites. The role supports the Safety Officer and HSE team to ensure all workers follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day safety implementation at the site
- Supervise workers to ensure PPE compliance (helmets, vests, safety shoes, etc.)
- Support in organizing Toolbox Talks, Safety Trainings, and Inductions
- Report unsafe conditions or behavior to the Safety Officer immediately
- Help maintain site safety records and checklists
- Escort visitors and new workers to ensure safety instructions are followed
- Act as a link between site workers and the safety department

Skills Required:

- Good communication and observation skills
- Basic understanding of safety signs and site safety rules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Physically fit and alert
