Rinse and Ride is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Car Wash Technician to join our team. As a Car Wash Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional car wash services to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each vehicle receives a thorough and meticulous cleaning, leaving it spotless and shining.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform exterior and interior car washing, including prepping, washing, drying, and detailing.
- Safely handle and operate cleaning tools, machinery, and chemicals.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that no spots or areas are missed during the cleaning process.
- Identify and address any special cleaning requirements or customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient operations.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in car detailing or car wash services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques, tools, and products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license is an asset.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
