**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities that align with the school's curriculum.
- Ensure that the teaching methods and materials are age-appropriate and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and interaction to foster a deeper understanding of social science concepts.
- Monitor and assess students' behavior and academic progress, providing appropriate interventions when necessary.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments, including quizzes, assignments, and exams to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their knowledge and skills in Social Science.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- **Student Support**:

- Identify students who may require additional support or intervention and work closely with them to improve their academic performance.
- Motivate students to participate in extra-curricular activities that enhance their understanding of Social Science, like debates, history exhibitions, and field trips.
- **Communication**:

- Collaborate with other teachers, school administrators, and parents to discuss student progress, concerns, and achievements.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in school training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends and teaching methods.
- Stay informed about developments in the Social Science field and incorporate new knowledge into teaching.
- **Educational and Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and maintain necessary teaching resources, including charts, maps, models, and digital content.
- Participate in school events, including staff meetings, extracurricular activities, and school functions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Science (BA in History, Geography, Political Science, or Economics).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Previous teaching experience at the middle school level (grades V to VIII) is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards for grades V to VIII.
- Proficiency in using teaching aids, digital tools, and technology in the classroom.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with modern teaching methodologies and interactive learning techniques.
- Ability to integrate multimedia and technology effectively into lessons.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
