**Job Profile**: Accounts Executive

**Experience**:2-3 years

**Location**:Mohali, Punjab

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Statutory compliances such as TDS, GST returns and calculation
- Maintaining day-to-day book keeping with sound knowledge of booking entries
- Preparation of Monthly Balance sheet reports and Profit and loss account
- Reconciliation of Accounts payable / Receivables
- Finalization of Accounts on a monthly basis
- Maintain Sales Purchase records in Software properly.
- He should be well versed with salary calculation and HR matters
- Preparation of Invoicing and Taking stock Inward Entries in tally
- Sound knowledge in Tally/Busy and Excel is must
- Experience in Handling import wire transfer payments and process
- Well-versed with booking import purchase and fluctuation entries.
- Required Skills, Experience & Qualification

**Required Skills, Experience & Qualification**
- 2-3 years of experience as an accounts executive or accounts manager.
- MBA in finance is must.
- In-depth knowledge diffeent accounting softwares; Busy, Tally etc.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
