Dyeing Supervisor

As a Dyeing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of dyeing processes for our products. You will be responsible for supervising the outsourced dyeing work, managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and coordinating with external partners to achieve desired outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Dyeing Operations**: Oversee the dyeing processes conducted by external partners, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor dyeing procedures to ensure consistent quality output, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- **Production Planning**: Collaborate with internal teams to develop production schedules and prioritize dyeing orders based on customer requirements and production timelines.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of dyes and chemicals, maintaining inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and external dyeing partners, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- **Training and Development**: Provide guidance and support to dyeing personnel, ensuring they are adequately trained on procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, implementing best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations related to dyeing processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in dyeing operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of dyeing techniques, processes, and equipment.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety protocols in dyeing operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
