- **Sales and lead generation**: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing, and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- **Data management**: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, update customer databases, and document feedback for follow-up actions.
- **Customer engagement**: Build rapport with customers, handle complaints professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Target achievement**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or call volume.
- **Collaboration**: Work with sales, marketing, or support teams to align strategies and improve processes.
