**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on weaving machinery to minimize downtime.
- Monitor the performance of looms and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal product quality.
- Guide and train junior staff on machinery operation and maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve technical issues in real-time.
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation to track equipment performance and maintenance history.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of weaving operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during maintenance activities.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Textile Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working with polyester and nylon yarn looms in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance practices and procedures for weaving equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
