We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Process Associate. As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate intake processes. Your main responsibilities will include verifying insurance, checking eligibility, and obtaining authorizations for medical services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and record patient information accurately. Process incoming referrals and inquiries for medical services.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits. Confirm insurance eligibility and accuracy of information.
- Determine patient eligibility for medical services based on insurance coverage. Identify any coverage limitations or exclusions.
- Obtain authorizations for medical services requiring prior approval.
- Communicate with insurance providers to ensure timely approvals. Submit required documentation for authorization requests.
- Provide clear information to patients regarding insurance coverage and financial responsibilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient intake activities. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Previous experience in medical billing process preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, billing and coding procedures, insurance guidelines, and reimbursement practices is preferred
- Understanding of healthcare insurance processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

**Shift Timing**:This position will require working in the night shift (US shift).
