**We are looking for Mentors from (IIT) for JEE & NEET Faculty with minimum of 5+ Years of experience for Online Coaching Platform**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Requirement for full time **Physics**, **Chemistry**, **Mathematics**, **Biology **faculty with **5** years of experience
- Excellent in basics, concepts & **Teaching & training **for FSnT (**Foundation Program**)
- Should be capable of adapting quickly to our teaching methodology for students for class **8*th to **10**th & **11**th to **12*th
- Thriving to build strong analytical and interpersonal skills, should be able to manage diverse objectives like **teaching**, **mentoring **and **content development.**:

- Taking **doubt classes** for students at the center.
- Developing **study material** for the **AIPMT**, **AIIMS**, **AFMC**, and other medical entrance exams programs.
- Reviewing already created study material for further improvement and enhancement.
- Developing questions for the purpose of **Assignments**, **Practice Questions**, **Test Papers Daily Practice Worksheets**, etc.
- Developing questions for the purpose of "**TEST SERIES**"
- Complete the **entire syllabus** of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction of students, parents, and the management.
- Maintain a cohesive, non-political, and transparent atmosphere in the staff room/organization.
- Participate and contribute to all the events, activities, and initiatives organized by the management/head office

**Nice to have skills:

- **
- Should have expertise in the relevant Subject.
- Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Should be able to manage any other responsibility assigned by the management from time to time.

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years experience in coaching for Competitive Exam

**Qualification**: Bachelors / Masters degree from **IIT** / **NITs **or any **other reputed institutions.**
