At Balwaan we are looking for these advanced SEO responsibilities but not limited to a rapid exposure, but require a deep understanding of modern SEO principles & also expertise in cutting-edge technologies and a forward-looking approach to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Advance SEO Specialist

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- **Predictive SEO Analytics and Forecasting - **Utilizing advanced analytics tools and predictive modeling techniques to forecast SEO trends, user behavior, and algorithmic changes, enabling proactive adjustments to strategies.
- **Mobile-First Indexing and AMP - **Adapting to mobile-first indexing, optimizing websites for mobile devices, and implementing Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) for faster mobile loading times present challenges due to the evolving mobile landscape.
- **Voice Search Optimization - **Anticipating and optimizing for the growing trend of voice search, including understanding natural language queries and creating content that aligns with conversational search patterns.
- **Algorithmic Filters (e.g., BERT) - **Navigating through complex algorithmic filters like Google's BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), which aims to understand the context of words in a search query.
- **E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) - **Focusing on E-A-T principles to establish and maintain the authority of a website, which involves demonstrating expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness in the eyes of search engines.
- **Dynamic Content and Personalization - **Implementing dynamic content strategies and personalization while ensuring it doesn't negatively impact SEO, requiring a balance between user experience and search engine optimization.
- **AI-Driven SEO Strategies - **Incorporating artificial intelligence and machine learning into SEO strategies, including utilizing AI tools for automation, predictive analytics, and content generation.
- **Structured Data Implementation - **Implementing structured data markup (schema.org) to enhance search engine understanding of content, and leveraging features like rich snippets and knowledge graph, demands a deep technical understanding.
- **Competitor Analysis - **Regularly monitoring and analyzing competitors' strategies, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and adapting SEO strategies accordingly.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting - **Analyzing vast amounts of data from tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software to derive insights and measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
- **Penalty Recovery - **Dealing with search engine penalties and implementing recovery strategies in case a website experiences a drop in rankings due to algorithmic or manual penalties.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar SEO role.
- Proven track record of successfully increasing website organic traffic and rankings.
- Strong understanding of Google search algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools, SEO analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and the ever-evolving landscape of SEO.

**Salary**

2 Lakh - 3.6 Lakh per Annum

**Location**

Jaipur (Work from office)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bais Godam, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
