We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Quality Executive** to join our team in the **chocolate industry**. As a Quality Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our chocolate products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain documentation related to quality control, including test results, product specifications, and production records.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues that arise during production or after product release, working closely with production and other teams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to food safety, including HACCP, GMP, and other applicable standards.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and optimize production processes.
- Train and educate production staff on quality control processes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized quality control laboratory, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition and properly calibrated.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology
- 1-2 years of experience in the chocolate industry or a similar food manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices
- Experience with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards
- Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
