**TRAINER CUM COORDINATOR - NURSING ASSISTANT COURSE**

**We are implementing a NURSING ASSISTANT TRAINING CSR PROJECT in ASANSOL as part of CSR Project.**

**We are looking for SKILLED TRAINER CUM CENTRE CORDINATOR for the NURSING TRAINING CENTRE located at Asansol Satgram-Sripur Area (20 minutes from Asansol Station)**

**TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS**:Medical Graduate /B.Sc. (Nursing) / or/ GNM with experience in hospital or educational institute. Note: - NSDC / Domain certified trainer will be given preference.

**Project period**: January - March’2025.

**Job type**: Full-time. Schedule: Day Shift.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
a) Provide Theoretical and Practical Training in Asst. Nursing Skills and Job roles to the Trainees.

b) Support the Trainees during OJT (On the Job Training) in nearby Hospitals / Nursing Homes.

c) Coordinate centre days to day operation.

d) Regular reporting to Donor and Head Office.

e) Develop a growth strategy for acquiring large CSR projects from Indian Corporate Houses.

**Salary: Fixed duration engagement for three months. B**ased on experience and qualification. Up to ₹30,000/- per Month.
