Responsible for physical security operations at the site.
- Sourcing relavent man power at optimal rates based on the client requirement.
- Training of Security Guards and Deployed Manpower.
- Responsible for discipline of security staff deployed on the site.
- Handling the disputes and grievances of the guards and clients.
- Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
- Conduct regular site visits.
- Works effectively with all clients and maintains effective relationships with all clients.
- Managing manpower requirements. Ensuring 100% Attendance at the project sites.
- Maintain all necessary documentation like Attendance, Incidence reports.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
