We are looking for a **IT Recruiter** who will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding top-notch talent for **techno-management roles** across our client base. If you're passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunity and have a knack for understanding both tech and managerial profiles, we want to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and screen profiles for **techno-management roles** as per client requirements.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing tools effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment manager and clients to ensure smooth hiring operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Freshers with strong communication and interest in recruitment can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and techno-functional job requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office tools and online sourcing platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
