Job Description
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- Solid understanding of API testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks for API testing using Java.
- Hands-on experience with popular API testing tools and frameworks like RestAssured, JUnit, or TestNG
- Proficient in writing SQL queries to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools.
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, and RESTful API standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of other scripting languages like Python or JavaScript is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in API testing or automation are a plus.
