**Job Title**: PCD Telesales Executive (Desk job)
**Location**: Panchkula, Haryana
**Department**: Sales / Business Development
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in PCD pharma franchise opportunities.
Explain product range, business model, and PCD franchise terms clearly and persuasively
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date database of all interactions and prospects using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversions.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to PCD opportunities, product pricing, and order status.
- Coordinate with the logistics and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Provide after-sales support and address client concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream but not (BCA).
- **Experience**: 6 Months to 1 years in telesales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
- Basic understanding of PCD pharma business and distribution models is a plus.
