**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information on plywood and related
- products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate plywood solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and pricing.
- Drive sales by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on sales leads.
- Manage product displays and ensure the showroom is organized and visually appealing.
- Track sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely product delivery.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good knowledge of plywood, laminates, and other related products.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Customer service-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
- Basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software (if applicable).

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the plywood or building materials industry.
- Familiarity with plywood, laminates, or interior design products is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
