**Purpose Statement**

Drawings and documentations for Electrical Engineering

**Key Role & Responsibilities**

Basic knowledge of Electrical Design codes and standards.

Preparation of Electrical Layouts (e.g. Earthing, Cable Tray, Lighting, etc...), Electrical GAD, etc.

Design and Draw Wiring Diagrams

Electrical layout drawings such as cable, earthing, lighting & Lightning protection layouts for substations, control room, process area, off sites and utilities and Substation

Ability to understands the concept and create SLD & schematics diagrams

Draft working drawings, wiring diagrams, wiring connection specifications or cross-sections of underground cables, as required for instructions to construction team.

Perform 2D/3D design and documentation

Proficient in AutoCAD software.

Measure factors that affect installation and arrangement of equipment, such as distances to be spanned by wire and cable.

Confer with engineering team to resolve engineering design problems.

Create as-built documents from inspection sketches and notes.

Contribute to maintain Drawings / Documents / components library

Visit proposed installation sites and draw rough sketches of location.

**Qualification**

Diploma / ITI in Electrical discipline on regular basis

**Experience**

Diploma - 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
ITI - 10+ years of relevant experience

**Exposure**

Technical knowledge of core domain area and tools to enable independent working
Good collaboration and communication skills and works in chemical & petrochemical company

**Certifications/Trainings**

Auto-Cad, E3D (Optional)

**Competencies**

**Behavioural**
