**Responsibilities**:
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.

Implement and manage identity and access management (IDAM) solutions, including Azure Active Directory (AAD) and related services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security policies and procedures.

Monitor system performance and security and implement necessary updates and patches. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for implementation, integration, FAQs, and troubleshooting.

Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Manage app protection policies for mobile devices.

Configure access packages and user recertification.

Prepare and present weekly dashboards.

Participate in weekly governance calls with key stakeholders.

Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365 to protect against threats.

Oversee device management through Intune, ensuring compliance and security of mobile and desktop devices.

Develop and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to safeguard sensitive information.

Professional Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 (Admin Center, Exchange Admin, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.)

Proven experience in managing SSO, provisioning, and de-provisioning.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.

Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to handle escalations and manage tickets effectively.

Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with other Microsoft services such as Intune, Azure Information Protection, and Conditional Access policies.

Familiarity with RBAC implementation.

Knowledge of mobile device management policies.

Ability to create and modify SOPs

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or similar are highly desirable.
