**Job Title: Interior Designer - Healthcare/Hospital Projects**
**Location**: Chettinad Healthcity, Kelambakkam
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and plan interior spaces for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations.
- Create mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed layouts for patient rooms, waiting areas, ICUs, OPDs, and administrative zones.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that are durable, hygienic, and patient-friendly.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to ensure designs meet functional and safety requirements.
- Ensure adherence to infection control norms, accessibility guidelines (ADA/Universal Design), and fire safety regulations.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation aligns with plans.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in healthcare interior design, including sustainable and healing environment concepts.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Proven experience in hospital/healthcare interior design projects (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of medical planning, ergonomics, and space optimization.
- Familiarity with Indian healthcare regulations (NABH, NBC, and ISO standards).
- Excellent communication, project management, and client presentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
