**SEO Executive (4+ years)**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases for target audiences.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for target keywords and user intent.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headings, alt tags, and internal linking.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and address issues that may impact search engine crawling and indexing.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide regular reports on key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure compliance with best practices and maximize organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to implement SEO recommendations and strategies.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach initiatives, to improve domain authority and increase referral traffic.
- Analyze competitor websites and backlink profiles to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies to support broader marketing objectives and business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role with a solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and adapt to evolving search engine algorithms.
- Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- A passion for digital marketing and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
