**Job Position**: Graphic Designer

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and branding materials aligned with company guidelines and project goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
- Create website graphics, landing page visuals, and UI/UX elements as needed.
- Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and maintain high-quality standards.
- Work on video graphics, animations, and motion graphics (preferred).
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to projects.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design outputs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW (added advantage).
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
