Since we started in 2016- Through a team of trained Chiropractors and Sports Physiotherapists we have helped more than 25000 people with their pain and Injuries. We are currently offering chiropractic care, physiotherapy, Sports Physiotherapy, with goals to expand to other healthcare services. We are a well-experienced team of therapists and accessory staff where we challenge the conventional wisdom of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

We are home to Fascia dynamics, an advanced assessment and treatment tool for musculoskeletal release and training.

As a Synchrony Sports Therapist, your passion for expanding your knowledge and developing your skill set to help your clients overcome pain and injuries is what helps you truly understand your clients.
- What You’ll Do_
- Understand the Synchrony/Fascia Dynamics philosophy and deliver the Synchrony customer experience
- Effectively understand the client’s symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals
- Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans for each of your clients
- Accurately document the client’s condition and progress
- Build strong rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds through persuasive communication
- Understand how to quickly implement modern technology and software changes in the industry to enhance the client’s engagement
- Follow clinic business processes and workflows
- Participate in business and community development initiatives to drive new assessments and revenue growth
- Participate in ongoing clinical education
- In coordination with the Clinic Director, review compliance and performance to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow
- This could be you if:_
- You have a qualification of **Master in Physiotherapy (Sports)**:

- You have either certification or an interest in learning manual therapy or #chiropractic skill and exercise therapy.
- You are ready to think beyond conventional Physiotherapy of passive therapies
- You rely on comprehensive assessment, clinical reasoning & evidence-based therapies
- You are an energetic, personable, outgoing practitioner who thrives on personal development
- You know the value of coaching
- You are result-focused and drive yourself and others to get the best results
- You have excellent time management skills.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills.
- you are ready for Flexibility in work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
