Location: Infopark Kochi

**Job Responsibilities as follows**:
1. Conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements

2. Developing and delivering engaging training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees.

3. Creating and maintaining training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.

4. Utilizing various training methodologies and technologies to ensure effective learning experiences

5. Evaluating training program effectiveness and making continuous improvements

7. Providing coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional development

8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

9. Collaborate with department heads to identify organisational training needs.

10. Develop comprehensive leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals

11. Conduct interactive workshops to enhance leadership skills.

12. Maintain a database of all training materials

13. Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.

14. Develop on boarding programs for new employees.

15. Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.

**Skills/ Competencies**:
1. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal & written

2. Listening & good customer service skills

3. Ability to coach and mentor staff

5. Knowledge of personal computer work stations and database update

6. Patient and approachable

7. Passionate about continuous learning

8. Ability to identify gaps in skills.

**Salary**: From ₹45,000.00 per month
