**Designation: Operator / Helper**

**Department & Location: Production /Sarigam, Valsad (OFC/ACS/OPGW)**

**Qualification: SSC / HSC**

**Experience: 1 to 4 Years (Experience in Manufacturing Company Preferred)**

**Salary Range: 18K - 30K (for 30 days)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of stranding & sheathing.
- Additional knowledge of coloring & buffering (preferred).
- Have to be skilled and at least 12th pass to run the computerised system in lines.
- Plus point to have experience in our 80,100 style M/C in other organization then good for production.
- Support machine operators by supplying materials and clearing jams.
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow safety procedures and report hazards to supervisors.
- Pack and label finished products for shipment or storage.
- Assist in inventory counting and material handling as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: SSC / HSC
- **Skills**: Organizational skills, attention to detail.
