**Job Summary**:
In this hands-on role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of Virtus Motors' electric cycles and two-wheelers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks on the assembly line, adhering to strict quality control standards to produce high-quality electric vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assembly Line Operations**:

- Assemble electric vehicle components according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Perform quality checks at designated points on the assembly line to identify and address any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production flow.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain designated stock levels of parts and components on the assembly line.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or potential stockouts to the Production Supervisor.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct visual inspections of components and assembled vehicles to ensure they meet all quality standards.
- Report any quality issues to the Production Supervisor for corrective action.
- Adhere to established safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records as required.
- **Teamwork & Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members on the assembly line to achieve production goals.
- Communicate effectively with the Production Supervisor to report any issues or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
