The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Structural BIM Technician to join our team at our Bengaluru office to take responsibility for BIM and CAD coordination and daily management of project data sets/workflows.
As part of our established team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will prepare detailed information packages from Revit Structures in a BIM environment, implement 3D coordination with the Design Team.
The Skills:
Having already been accredited to degree level and gained strong practical experience of using Revit/BIM 360 in a similar building-based role, you possess an excellent understanding of relevant software packages including AutoCAD and Navisworks. Experience of Dynamo would be preferable.
You will have at least 5 years of experience and an understanding of international BIM Level standards and have a proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines. You are adept at planning and organising your own workload and that of others within the team, and crucially - have a passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design.
Given the collaborative nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
