**About the company**:
BrewWorks owns and operates 24 all-day cafes and dessert stores across Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram and Pune under the brand names of Love and Cheesecake, and Poetry. BrewWorks is being built for the long-run. It has scaled to its current footprint and scale whilst being profitable every year for the last 11 years. The company's brands focus on providing the best assortment (more than 70 flavors), highest quality (use only mascarpone or cream cheese) and omni-channel delivery (stores, aggregators, own delivery force). The company is now charting its next stage of growth and looking to bring onboard a set of core team members to drive this transformation.

**About the role**:
As a restaurant server, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience. Your role will involve a variety of tasks and duties, including:

- Greeting and seating guests
- Taking orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Knowledge of menu and specials
- Upselling and suggestive selling
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Processing payments
- Table maintenance
- Collaborating with other restaurant staff
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Server or similar role
- Proven customer service experience
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

**Your work location will be any one of our 19 outlets across the city. This will be discussed with you in the interview.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
