Criteria Requirement **Qualification** : Bachelors degree in Literature,Communicatios, English, journalism, or related field (or relevant experience). Proven work experience of 2 yrs into content writing **Gender**: Any We are looking to engage a full time Content Writer who would help in the following activities: **1. Event Details updation on website**: The Women Safety Wing receives photographs and rudimentary information from across the districts on various programmes and activities conducted by SHE Teams and other stakeholders. Such events have to be posted on to the website with professional write up. Hence, the content will be shared with the Content Writer on an as is where is basis and he/she is expected to rewrite / write about such events in a professional and brief manner and send the same back so that this can be published on the website. **2. Review and Rewriting** In addition to the above, there will be some content rewrite pertaining to other internal documents on a need basis. These will be shared with them directly and the same has to be reviewed and the language corrected before returning the same to WSW. **3. Blogging** Periodic publication on the website blog pertaining to original research content as well as literature based on events, happenings and statistics as made available by WSW will be required. **4. Copy Writing** In some cases, the content writer may be asked to write copies for various campaigns that WSW runs across digital and physical spehere. **Additional Information** - The engagement for both full time and part time resources will be contractual in nature with no right to regularization. - The website uses a content management system in its background. Applicants who has experience in working with CMS will be given preference. - Content writing options on the BLOG space is available for general citizens who wish to publish their original content on the WSW website. Such content will have to clear internal scrutiny pertaining to plagiarism, data integrity and adherence to overall mandate of WSW. - The position of Content Writer is funded by an external agency. They will be part of the selection process. - It will be work from home, weekly once or twice depending upon the necessity needs to report the office. **Languages** : Should be fluent in Telugu and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage. **Compensation** : The remuneration payable is INR 30 thousand per month, with an annual appreciation of not less than 5% based on performance and continuance of project **Initial Tenure** :The tenure of the contract is co-terminus with the project funding. The initial contract will be for 1 year. Annual performance appraisals will determine continuity of service, year on year. **Selection Process** : Online Application -> Application Scrutiny -> Technical Assessments -> Personal Interview -> Reference Check -> Offer -> Joining.
