**PGT Economics Teacher**

**Responsibilities**

**Curriculum Development**:Develop and update the Economics curriculum in alignment with the educational standards and guidelines.
Design lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.

**Classroom Instruction**:Conduct engaging and effective classroom sessions for postgraduate students studying Economics.
Employ a variety of teaching methods to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of economic principles and theories.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:Create fair and objective assessments to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic performance.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop standardized testing procedures.

**Student Support**:Offer academic guidance and support to students, addressing individual learning needs.
Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities related to Economics.

**Research and Professional Development**:Stay updated on current trends and developments in Economics.
Engage in personal research projects or contribute to the field of Economics.
Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

**Parent and Stakeholder Communication**:Maintain open communication with parents regarding students' progress and achievements.
Collaborate with colleagues, school administrators, and other stakeholders to promote a positive educational environment.

**Classroom Management**:Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
Enforce school policies and disciplinary measures consistently.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
