**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the **end-to-end process of Bench Sales**, including sourcing, marketing, negotiations, and placement
- Proactively market **bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, CPT/OPT)** to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with implementation partners and prime vendors.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for bench consultants.
- Negotiate and close deals by coordinating between consultants and clients/vendors.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of requirements and ensure quick turnaround times.
- Track and manage consultant submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with vendors, consultants, and clients for updates and feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and client needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **4 years of experience** in Bench Sales recruiting.
- Strong experience working with **OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US Citizens**.
- Excellent knowledge of **tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)** and **US recruitment process**.
- Strong vendor network and proven track record in consultant placements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
