
Field Sales Executive

**EV Components Sales - Execution of sales plan.**
Procurement of orders as per the sales plan
Coordinate with concerned teams for dispatches and deliveries.
Assist the reporting manager in issues resolution.
**Collections - Responsible for in time collection of payments from the customers belonging to his/her territory**
Shall inform the customers in time about overdue payments and impending over dues
Shall follow up for payments through mails, calls and through visits
Shall coordinate with accounts team for accounting of rejections, short payments, debit notes and customer credit notes as and when it arises
Shall assist in reconciliation all the accounts half yearly
**Customer Acquisition**
Identification of customer and market in his/her territory and making initial contact
Sample submission and testing
Initiate commercial negotiations
Execution of trial order
**Customer Retention**
Periodic visits to the customers within his/her territory by field executive to understand the customer pain points and escalating the same to the concerned authority.
Coordinate with service team to ensure service related issues are resolved in time. Provide feedback to the department head on the product performance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
