Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Representative to contribute in generating leads for our overseas student consultancy. You will be responsible for converting enquiries over the phone and maintaining good relationships.

An effective telecalling representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with enquires and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in clients and developing business. You should play receptionist roll as well.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Contact students from given data to inform them about our service.
- Answer questions about service or the company.
- Ask questions to understand student requirements.
- Direct prospects to the field admin & marketing team when needed.
- Enter and update student information in the database.
- Take and process students in an accurate manner.
- Keep records of calls and note important information.
- You should complete given target.
- You should play receptionist roll as well.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- UK shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tripunittura, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
