**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **MIS Executive** who is proficient in Advanced Excel, detail-oriented, and skilled in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining data reports. If you enjoy working with numbers, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to operational efficiency, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Data Management & Reporting**
- Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports accurately and on time.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

**Advanced Excel & Data Analysis**
- Use advanced Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Macros.
- Automate reporting processes and ensure accuracy of data.
- Perform data validation and identify discrepancies proactively.
- Share MIS reports and insights with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with teams for data collection and clarifications.

**Operational Coordination**
- Support operations and management with data-driven insights.
- Assist in process improvements through data analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth flow of information.

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain proper records of all reports and data files.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- 1-2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or operations (preferred)
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM or reporting software is a plus
