Manage Manpower during production & work distribution to operators & workers & taking feedback on work done.
- Stage-wise production log sheet checking, verifying correctness maintaining records, report of abnormality, Breakdown as & when it happens.
- Ensure process is being carried as per SOP, check all the quality parameter at each stage and each or not out of the spec material in produced following instruction of supervisor.
- Achieve target output on each machine process maintain and improve housekeeping in the plant.
- Rm and FM weight monitoring, equipment's and plant cleaning monitoring and maintain record their of room temperature and humidity record monitoring balance verification and record keeping.
- Training to all operators helpers maintain workers hygiene - their nails cloth weird etc.
- Maintain key performance indicator (KPI) - review weekly wastage water consumption in agriculture mean man days and weeks material dispatch.
- Identify route causes of for process very variation machine breakdown
- identify the person's problem to coordinate and provide infrastructure like material maintenance help material flow.
- Ensure fungating is carried out as per plant.
- Preparing detail incident report in case of accident.
- completion and verification of cycling task.
- Daily production report filling
- Tally.
- Ensuring all cyclic task are being followed and complete on time.
- Knowledge of utility
- B.E. (chemical, Production, & Mechanical)
- Experience
- Minimum 1 Years
- Skills - MS-CIT, Computer, Excel, & Manpower Handling

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
