**Job Title**: SEO Specialist
**Location**: Kolkata (Work from Home initially, then from Office - Salt Lake location)
**Working Hours**: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)

Black Swan Business Setup Services is a Dubai-based company expanding its operations in Kolkata. We specialize in helping businesses establish and streamline their operations. We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic to our website.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company website.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content and website optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization to ensure that best SEO practices are followed.
- Build and manage backlinks to increase domain authority and page rankings.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content for the website, blogs, and landing pages.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and suggest ways to improve.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the market.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of SEO practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English
- **Work Environment**:

- Initial work-from-home setup, followed by office work in the Salt Lake area.
- A reliable internet connection is necessary for remote work.
