**Key Responsibilities**

**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive and hands-on training sessions on Python Full Stack Web Development, including front-end, back-end, and database integration.
- Cover core topics such as Python programming, Django/Flask frameworks, React.js, RESTful APIs, and deployment.
- Experience in implementing backend services using frameworks such as **Django** and **Flask**, along with databases like **MongoDB**, **MySQL**, and **NoSQL** solutions.

**Mentorship and Support**:

- Provide individual and group mentorship to learners, addressing their queries and ensuring conceptual clarity.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on assignments and projects.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and practical assessments to track student progress.
- Prepare reports on trainee performance and suggest areas for improvement.

**Industry Alignment**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in web development to ensure training is current and relevant.
- Integrate emerging technologies and practices, such as serverless architecture or cloud deployment, into the curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, particularly React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with deployment processes using platforms like AWS, or Docker.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching in a classroom or online setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging sessions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Python, React.js, or web development.
- Industry experience as a full-stack developer.

**Location**: Work from office in Trivandrum

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
