The New Product Development (NPD) Engineer/Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative products from concept to production. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring product design meets customer and market needs, adhering to quality and regulatory standards, and optimizing cost and manufacturability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of product design, material selection, and manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Stage-Gate).
- Conceptualize, design, and develop new products based on market trends, customer requirements, and business objectives.
- Create detailed design specifications, including drawings, models, and prototypes, using CAD and other engineering tools.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
