**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Print Design**:
Create innovative and visually appealing digital print designs for têxtiles, keeping up with current fashion trends and consumer preferences.
- **Design Development**:
Develop print patterns, motifs, and color palettes that align with seasonal trends and client requirements.
- **CAD Software Proficiency**:
Utilize design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD systems) to create digital têxtile prints with precision and creativity.
- **Market Research**:
Conduct trend analysis and market research to stay updated on the latest fashion and têxtile design trends, integrating them into design concepts.
- **Sample Creation**:
Collaborate with the production team to create design samples, ensuring that the final product accurately represents the original design.
- **Fabric Understanding**:
Work with various types of fabrics and ensure the digital print designs are compatible with the texture, color fastness, and quality of the material.
- **Client Collaboration**:
Collaborate with clients, understanding their design needs and preferences to deliver customized têxtile print designs that meet their specifications.
- **Quality Control**:
Oversee the quality of print designs, ensuring consistency and accuracy during the production process.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth workflow, from initial design to final product development.
- **Innovation**:
Continuously explore new techniques, tools, and approaches to improve digital print design quality and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
4 to 10 years of experience as a Digital Print Designer, specifically in the têxtile or fashion industry.
- **Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD software, and other design tools used for têxtile print design.
- **Creative Skills**:
Strong creative ability with a keen eye for detail, color, patterns, and trends in the fashion and têxtile industry.
- **Market Knowledge**:
In-depth knowledge of current and emerging trends in têxtile design and print techniques.
- **Communication Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
- **Team Player**:
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- **Attention to Detail**:
High attention to detail, ensuring design precision and quality throughout the production process.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
