**Overview**:
The Procurement and Production Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination and bridging the gap between procurement and production processes within the organization. Responsible for the purchase of materials, maintaining the reorder levels at check for smooth manufacturing while overlooking the production schedules and optimizing workflow and cash flow efficiency. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and procurement expertise to effectively execute both the supply chain and production teams.

Typically works in an office environment, but may also spend time on the production floor or visiting suppliers' facilities. The role may involve occasional travel to attend meetings, trade shows, or visit supplier locations. Depending on the work and seasonal requirements, this position may require working extended hours to meet deadlines or address urgent issues. This position plays an important role in the head office by coordinating with different factories located at different locations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in any stream.

2. Preferably aged between 22 to 30 years.

3. Job location: HO, Kottayam, Kerala.

4. Reporting to General Manager.

5. Fresher’s are welcome.

7. Knowledge in Tally, MS Excel and MS Office.

8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions.

9. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

10. Proficiency in implementing and managing ERP systems for production planning, inventory management and Microsoft Office suite will be an added benefit.

11. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards, packaging and best practices in procurement and production processes will be an added benefit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,648.15 - ₹25,793.48 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
