**Risk Associate**

**Responsibilities**

**Risk Analysis & Monitoring**
- Analyze credit risk,fraudrisk, andoperational risk across customer journeys.
- Buildandmaintaindashboards tomonitor riskmetrics, exposures, andperformance.
- Identify anomalies, trends, andearly warningsignals inportfolioperformance.

**Data Insights & Modelling**
- Work withlargedatasets touncoverpatterns impactingcredit andfraudrisk.
- Support thedesignandevaluationof credit riskmodels andscorecards.
- Assist inbuildingframeworks for risk segmentationandcustomerprofiling.

**Experimentation & Process Improvement**
- Partner withproduct andbusiness teams todesignexperiments andpolicies that balancegrowth withrisk.
- Support A/B testingof risk rules andstrategies;measure impact onperformance.
- Providedata-backedrecommendations to strengthencontrols while enablingscale.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams (Risk, Product, Operations, and Analytics) to alignonstrategies.
- Present findings ina clear andstructuredmanner to supportdecision-making.

**Reporting & Governance**
- Ownthe reportingof key risk KPIs and MIS tomanagement.
- Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, andintegrity across reports.
- Support compliance andregulatory reportingrequirements asneeded.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’sdegree froma Tier-1institution(IITpreferred).
- 1-2 years of work experience inanalytics,data science, or a relateddomain.
- Exposure to Fintech/ Credit space is a strongadvantage.
- Familiarity withExcel, SQL, and Python(hands-onexperiencepreferred).
- Stronganalytical,problem-solving, andcommunicationskills.
- Ability to workdirectly withbusiness andrisk teams ina fast-paced, evolving environment.
