Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons for CBSE Grade 11 and 12 students.
- Develop lesson plans, assessment tools, and learning resources aligned with CBSE curriculum and standards.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations with a focus on conceptual clarity, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide timely feedback, and track student progress.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies including practical demonstrations, experiments, and technology integration to enhance learning.
- Guide students in laboratory experiments and ensure safety standards are maintained.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET (preferred).
- Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and create a positive learning environment.
- Engage with parents during PTMs to discuss student performance and development.
- Support school-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the academic program.

Required Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics.
- B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in CBSE curriculum for Grades 11 & 12.

Desired Skills:

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire senior secondary students.
- Proficient in using digital teaching tools and MS Office.
- Commitment to student success and continuous professional development.

Preferred:

- Experience in preparing students for competitive exams like JEE/NEET is an added advantage.
